1. General Terms

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 5rr5 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 5rr5 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, payment functions, promotional offers, and all related features and services. By accessing or using any part of the 5rr5 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1.2 Amendments to Terms

5rr5 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated and, where practicable, notice will be provided to registered players via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.3 Platform Availability

5rr5 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. We may temporarily suspend access to the platform for maintenance, security patching, or infrastructure upgrades without prior notice. We will endeavour to minimise disruption during Bangladesh Standard Time peak hours (8 PM – 2 AM BST, UTC+6) where operationally possible.

1.4 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in all cases.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 5rr5 platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 5rr5 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling very seriously. We conduct age verification checks at registration and may request supporting documentation — including a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — at any point during your use of the platform.

2.2 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 5rr5 platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. 5rr5 is intended to serve adults in Bangladesh. We make no representation that access to or use of this platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside of those we explicitly serve. If you are accessing 5rr5 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you must not register or use this platform.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an active account on 5rr5:

• Persons under 18 years of age.
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from 5rr5 or any affiliated platform.
• Employees, contractors, or agents of 5rr5 or its software and payment service providers, or their immediate family members.
• Persons who have been previously banned or suspended from 5rr5 for violations of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of 5rr5 — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number linked to your bKash or Nagad account. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active 5rr5 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 5rr5 reserves the right to close all but one account at its sole discretion, and to void any bonuses, promotional credits, or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5rr5 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified 5rr5 of a security breach in writing immediately upon becoming aware of it. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

5rr5 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to provide copies of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

5rr5 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We do not accept deposits via foreign currency accounts or international wire transfers.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000 (subject to account verification status)
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,000,000 for fully verified accounts

5rr5 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered players with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by our payments team within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit funds into your 5rr5 account. 5rr5 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

4.4 Deposit Source Integrity

By making a deposit to 5rr5, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. 5rr5 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds where deposits appear inconsistent with stated income or where patterns of activity raise concern. Deposits that are found to originate from fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illegitimate sources will be reversed and the associated account closed.

5. Bonus & Promotions Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit to 5rr5 are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 (100% match on the first deposit). The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus balance automatically upon qualifying deposit confirmation. The welcome bonus is available to new players aged 18 and above who have not previously held a 5rr5 account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins awards, and cashback — are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each specific promotion is stated clearly on the individual promotion page. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

Unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page, all bonuses expire 30 calendar days from the date of crediting. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unused bonus balances will be forfeited upon expiry. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or extended.

5.4 Promotion Abuse

5rr5 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to restrict or close accounts, where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedge bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or using automated tools to generate wagering volume.

5.5 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, and payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly.
• 5rr5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information at all times and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information — including false name, date of birth, or payment method ownership — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5rr5 platform:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate unfair winnings.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live dealer games.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool to mask your true location or identity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the 5rr5 platform or its proprietary software.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds from unlawful sources.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 5rr5 staff or other players via any communication channel.

6.3 Responsible Use

You agree to use 5rr5 responsibly and within your financial means. 5rr5 provides deposit limit tools, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to help you manage your gaming activity. 7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by 5rr5

5rr5 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; incomplete or failed KYC verification; a chargeback or payment dispute initiated against 5rr5; or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. During a suspension period, access to deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals may be restricted pending investigation.

7.2 Closure by 5rr5

5rr5 may permanently close your account where a serious or repeated breach of these Terms has been confirmed, including but not limited to: confirmed identity fraud, confirmed money laundering activity, provision of false age documentation, or creation of multiple accounts. Where an account is closed for cause, any bonus balances and related winnings will be forfeited. Genuine real-money balances (deposited funds not linked to bonus activity) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following investigation, subject to deduction of any verified losses or outstanding liabilities.

7.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Voluntary account closure does not prevent you from registering a new account in the future, unless a self-exclusion has been applied (see our Responsible Gaming page for self-exclusion terms).

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

5rr5 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage arising from downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions that are beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.

8.2 Gambling Losses

5rr5 shall not be liable to you for any gambling losses you incur while using the platform. All games and betting markets offered on 5rr5 involve financial risk. You participate at your own risk and acknowledge that losing your deposited funds is a possible and foreseeable outcome. It is your responsibility to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5rr5's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your 5rr5 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 5rr5 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in the first instance before any legal proceedings are initiated. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
